As well as well-known High Street brands, such as Slug & Lettuce, Yates and Walkabout, we have about 60 late night venues and 100s of pubs with a more independent feel.

Job Overview

The last 12 months have seen significant investment in digital across the business, with new websites for all brands, the building of a single customer view and associated email campaigns, plus a new focus on both SEO and analytics.

As part of this we have grown a Customer Acquisition team, which is now in need of a Digital Marketing Exec to help deliver campaigns and report on performance.

The role covers a multitude of digital capabilities, although with a major focus on both paid marketing campaigns and website analytics. It would suit someone who has the ability to work closely with other members of the team (both digital and the wider marketing team), while being very keen to learn on the job.

Job Description

Campaign management for Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing channels
Identify and monitor market trends and insights
Contribute to marketing and product development activities necessary to grow the business and acquire new customers, including the optimisation of search and social channels
Sort through marketing data and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Track data-driven online performance, analysis, reporting of activities and derive improvement measures
Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
Monitor industry trends and updates to be able to report back on insights and ensure you become an expert in the field
Create engaging ad copy, target relevant audiences and analyse keywords to ensure that key insights are incorporated in activity
Supporting in planning, implementation and optimisation of search, social and display campaigns to maximise the performance of all campaigns
Setup YouTube campaigns, where relevant
Explore other potential channels, EG Snapchat, affiliates, display, and beyond
Designing survey questions and managing feedback campaigns to gather more detailed customer insights
Attending sites if required to get the correct assets for ad campaigns
Creating landing pages to maximise ad performance

Skills Required

Good knowledge of the digital landscape and how customers interact with different marketing channels
Experience in delivering paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and elsewhere
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Confident defining and delivering campaigns joined up across multiple channels
Confident and effective communication skills, able to deal with a variety of personalities.
High level of organisation skills, able to handle multi-brand support.
Must demonstrate effective written, presentation and facilitation skills.
Can identify problems and underlying causes quickly, and proactively help find solutions.
Effectively prioritise work load.

Build relations at all levels.
