Teaching Personnel are recruiting 3x Learning Support Assistants to join an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' Primary School in Greenford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are seeking experience before embarking on a career as a Primary School teacher.

About The Role:

You will be working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who has a complex need such as; Autism, ADHD, Down-Syndrome and Global Learning Delay. You will be required to observe and track pupil progress whilst making notes on their progress that can be relayed back to classroom teacher, SENCO and parents. You will expected to build a good relationship with your pupil and deliver 1:1 interventions to assist with their Reading, Literacy and Numeracy.

This is an Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' Primary School that is looking to support and push their staff to achieve. There is an excellent and well established senior leadership team in place at the school who are supportive and can provide additional support and training to those who require it.

- Degree qualified or teaching assistant qualification

- At least 3 months classroom based experience

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE E.n.g.l.i.s.h & M.a.t.h.s (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
