Physical Education teacher required on a full time basis at a Bury based secondary school from January 2019.

Due to an unexpected gap within their Physical Education department, our client school require a Physical Education teacher to cover a gap initially on a term by term basis. Due to the nature of the gap, there is a strong possibility that the incoming Physical Education teacher will be required until the end of the academic year.

* Full time Physical Education teacher – January 2019
* Pay in line with MPS/UPS – No preference of teachers gender
* Ofsted graded Good in most recent Ofsted report 2018
* Located a short walk from the metrolink easily commutable from Manchester city centre

The school wish to appoint a Physical Education teacher who holds experience teaching both KS3 and GCSE, with BTEC experience being desirable but not essential.

Experience with all aspects of the PE curriculum is essential, any coaching or sports qualifications to aid your experience would be an advantage, there is a wide extra curricular programme within this school and pupils generally enjoy taking part in Physical Education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
