We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our client's female Learning Disabilities and Mental Health team, based in Pontypridd, 10 miles north of Cardiff.
Experience of working within learning disability services would be advantageous, as well as working with patients that display behaviours which challenge.
This post will suit an experienced Occupational Therapist, or a newly qualified OT who wishes to develop their skills in this field.

Our client is a major provider of UK mental health care; dedicated to patients' health and wellbeing, offering a high standard of services, inspiring innovation, and providing programmes that are individually tailored to patients' specific needs.
This site is a rehabilitation and recovery service for adult females with a mild to moderate learning disability, who may also have a borderline personality disorder and associated mental health problems.

Person requirements:
Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist, with current valid HCPC registration.
Up-to-date knowledge of the Mental Health Act.
Excellent oral and written communication and organisational skills
