Interim Head of OD £48,449.45 to £59,215.98 per annum 37 hours per week Based across Nottingham City Fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, for a period of up to 12 months Nottingham City Homes has been awarded Landlord of the Year at the 2018 UK Housing Award and manages more than 27,000 homes across the city on behalf of Nottingham City Council. We are seeking an experienced Organisation Development (OD) professional to drive our people and OD strategy and promote our culture and values in our team of 1000 staff based in Nottingham. Reporting to the Company Secretary, you’ll take the lead on major organisational transformation projects, while improving people management across the whole business. It’ll see you collaborate with other senior colleagues and make sure all are heading towards the same long-term goals. Maintaining strong working relationships with our trade union colleagues, your focus will be to drive and develop our employee welfare programme that strives to improve, and sustain good attendance levels that ultimately improve staff engagement. Your experience will be utilised to support the development of staff to oversee succession and workforce planning initiatives and ensure our staff can deliver exceptional services to our customer’s and drive our business into the future. Personal qualities are equally important and outstanding communication skills, the ability to think innovatively and constructively challenge the status quo are essential. You will bring strong credentials in motivating teams, the ability to lead a team of professionals from a range of OD disciplines, the credibility to in?uence others to enthusiastically engage in delivering business change, whilst possessing a strategic overview that combines with first class operational experience to make a real difference.
