Junior Sous Chef - Excellent Career Opportunity in Luxury Property

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in Chipping Norton for a Junior Sous Chef to work in the kitchen of their Japanese Restaurant. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for guests in this busy high volume restaurant. Candidates must have previous experience in cooking Japanses Cuisine.

The Role

* Working in the busy high volume restauant
* Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals using fresh produce
* Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef

The Person

* You will already be a Junior Sous Chef or ambitious Chef de Partie
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Experience of working in Restaurants ideally to AA rosette standard and cooking Japanese Cuisine.
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
