Digital Learning Manager – (Training Plans, Stakeholder Engagement, People Change, Change Management)People and machines historically don’t get along all that well. Whether this be your gran struggling with trying to go ‘on the line’ and not understanding that the harder she presses the buttons, it doesn’t make a difference to the computer. On the slightly more extreme end of things you have the highly factual Terminator documentary series and the wild-west biopic Westworld where human and robot don’t quite see eye to eye in either case. If however, there had been people such as yourself in all of these cases then it probably wouldn’t have been such a mess and then man and machine could come together like one big, happy family. In this role you will NOT be implementing new technologies. You do not care about this. What you care about are the people utilising this technology change and how best you can help them. You will be looking at the limits and capabilities of your clients to see what changes would be best suited to the workforce and what perhaps is beyond them. This will involve a mixture of analysis as well as training plans during the ultimate initiation and delivery of the change. You will need to be an expert communicator both in a written and verbal capacity in order to succeed in this role as it will involve a great deal of stakeholder engagement from frontline employees to C-Level executives. If this seems like a role that would interest you then read on to the criteria required. Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenSolid understanding of the uses of different workplace technologies4+ years prior experience within a change management role during digital transformation projectsBalance of a holistic and detailed view on issuesEnjoy solving difficult and challenging problems For further information or to register your interest, please call Ed Wilson 020 7780 6700 or send across you CV to Ed.Wilson@ansonmccade.comType:               PermanentLocation:        LondonSalary:             £55,000-£75,000 + Excellent benefits packageContact:          Ed WilsonTelephone:     020 7780 6700Email:              Ed.Wilson@ansonmccade.comReference:      *AMC*EWI/HBSD436
