Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Part time, Permanent Telesales Administrator to join our client based in Cannock.

Our client are a well-established electrical supply store, looking for someone with the confidence to sell their range of products and services, aswell as dealing with the administrative duties required to complete this role successfully.

Duties include:

* Producing numerous calls to customers to promote services and products
* Handling inbound calls and dealing with emails
* Sending out promotional material
* Providing excellent customer service
* Use of microsoft word and excel

Ideal candidate:

* Previous telesales experience
* Experience in the electrical industry would be an advantage
* Excellent customer service experience

Hours of work: 15 hours per week to suit your availability

Start date: ASAP

Contract: Temporary to permanent for the suitable candidate

Pay Rate: �8.95 per hour
