You will be the voice of the company and stay calm in the face of a storm, be caring, compassionate, and have a strong sense of empathy in difficult situations.

Our team consists of experienced Associates supporting Drivers and Riders across the phone and email, fielding real-time calls.

About the Customer Service Agents role:

You'll use good listening and communication skills to talk to people from all backgrounds, treating callers with empathy, respect and consideration. You will communicate with difficult callers in a calm and professional manner.

As the role covers a 24/7 operation, you will be required to work on a shift basis, at times independently to ensure they meet their customers operational demands.

Customer Service Agents Key Responsibilities:

* Assess the needs of the caller (however extreme the case may be)
* Ability to work calmly especially when under pressure
* Have the ability to build a rapport over the telephone
* Be able to handle objections and Troubleshoot user problems with their app
* Manage appointments via their bespoke system
* Have a confident telephone manner and be computer literate
* Create an exceptional, personalized service experience for their users
* Provide friendly timely support to their drivers and passengers via phone and email
* Make recommendations to the Team Leader based on the application via feedback and bugs reported by users
* Be a community advocate for the company.

Customer Service Agents Requirements:

* Proven experience within a customer service-based role within a call centre or retail environment.
* A self-learner who can demonstrate good team working skills and remains polite and professional at all times.
* Zendesk & FAQ Experience within the Transport Industry preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
