Description: This is an exciting opportunity for Support Workers with or without a previous background in healthcare to join a brand new service for people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be a key figure in enabling the service users to live independent, active lives. All the service users have individual packages of care that are tailored to enable them to access local leisure, volunteering and educational services.

This newly built service provides support for up-to nine individuals in nine self-contained flats, which will enable service users to live independently whilst also being able to access an onsite Wi-Fi caf�, arts and crafts centre and a communal space that can be used for games.

Person Specification: Candidates with either Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care desirable, but not essential. Full training will be given, so newly-qualified and unqualified (with relevant experience) are welcome and encouraged to apply.
