The Collections and Customer Support Advisor ...

As their Collections and Customer Support Advisor, you will be talking to clients and their guarantors on a daily basis via telephone (never face-to-face) and using other methods of correspondence to manage your cases (letter, SMS, email).

You will need to gain an understanding of which clients are genuinely struggling to make their repayments and those who are unwilling to do so. You'll need to negotiate and plan an effective programme of repayment that meets the need of the client and the business.

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week including one Saturday a month paid at time and a half.
