Deputy Care Manager - Folkestone, Kent

Salary: £9 per hour
With the usual holiday and pension entitlements.
Usual working week is Monday - Sunday 9-5.30pm, 40-42 hours (shift pattern)

Experience: Minimum 2 years` experience as a senior carer
NVQ 3 or above

My client who is a leading Care Provider in and around the Kent area is on the hunt for a Deputy Home Manager to work in one services in Kent. This is truly an exciting opportunity to work with some of the best minds within the Health and Social Care sector.

About the role:

Working alongside the Registered Manager
Providing the highest standard of care
Direct line management of the support staff and team leaders
Promote, drive and grow the standard of care provided by the service.
Growing and building relationships with other health and social professionals, clients, local authorities, customers and their families
Ensuring CQC regulations, company policies and practices are maintained always.
Looking for ways to ensure that the service delivered is always efficient.

About You:

Previous experience as Deputy Home Managers
Willing to consider a Senior or Team Leader for this position.
Experience working with Dementia
Experience working with the Elderly
NVQ 3 or above in the Health and Social Care Sector
Strong Communication Skills
Knowledgeable around delivering a high standard of care
Growth and Development opportunities
