Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for an international, leading manufacturer based in Havant!

Responsibilities:

* Act as a first point of contact and provide a high level of customer service to consumers via webchat, telephone and email.
* Effectively handle customer product enquiries.
* Arrange product repair requests.
* Deal with minor customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
* Maintain the CRM system with up to date customer service and order details.
* Assist with new starter training.

The ideal Customer Service Administrator will:

* Previous customer service experience in a call centre, contact centre, office environment is desirable.
* Be able to stay organised whilst working under pressure.
* Have a keen eye for attention to detail.
* Be PC literate and competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
