Then look no further, Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN specialist, with a background in working one to one to multiple pupils.

The school:

The school based in Acton is a close knit community, emphasising the importance of incorporating all areas of their pupils lives - their parents, communities, faiths and religions. They have a broad and balanced curriculum, helping students develop their own targets. Promoting parents to openly admire the inclusiveness of the school community, and appreciate the "high standards of educational quality and personal care". The good Ofsted rated school has shown it's hands on approach and it's involvement in pushing each and every pupil. The strong leadership team are looking for an adaptable member of staff to contribute to the school and become a solid member of the team.

The role:

The full time role will involve working one to one with multiple pupils with special educational needs, this will require the candidate to be adaptable and patient to each pupil's needs. It will be within classes across the school, it will be revolving around the highest need of each pupil. Within the classroom you will be working one to one with pupils with ASC, ADHD and general learning delays, subsequently you must have a basic understanding of literacy and numeracy. Each pupil will be observed and have notes of their progression passed along to senior members of staff and parents - therefore you must feel confident on providing feedback.

The ideal candidate:

* Experienced working with pupils with special educational needs, especially ASC and ADHD.
* An ability to provide feedback and analysis of each pupil's progression and ability.
* A valid DBS, or willing to apply for one.
