Salary: £18 - 23k D.O.E.

Our client is the UK`s largest manufacturer and supplier of concrete solutions. They manage projects from conception to completion operating out of 12 UK manufacturing sites.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Office Administrator to to provide administrative support to a busy design office. The position is primarily office based although there will be a requirement to visit the factory/yard on occasions.

- Providing support to the Project Co-Coordinators as and when requested.
- Uploading/Downloading documents as required to/from online portals.
- Issuing and controlling drawings/documents to the factories/sites with transmission sheets.
- Ensuring all drawing details prior to issuing documents are uploaded.
- Ensuring the contract files on the system are up to date with the correct information in the right location.
- Carry out other reasonable requests made by the manager to support departmental or company objectives
- Ensure compliance with the Company`s policies including Health & Safety are complied with

Essential Criteria:
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise work
- Ability to work on own initiative but understand level of responsibility within the team
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people including clients, contractors & consultants
- Be keen to develop their individual capability and career development
- Worked in a similar industry before would be advantageous
- Knowledge of AutoCAD would be desirable but not essential

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm
