Do you have experience dealing with challenging behaviour?

Are you looking for a new role supporting children in a school environment?

We are currently seeking youth workers to fill vacancies in Basingstoke for the new academic term starting in January 2019. The position will require successful applicants to work with children and young adults with a variety of Social, Emotional, Mental and Health needs (SEMH) at the secondary level.

Previous experience is preferred as this will be an extremely challenging role as this position will require the management of individuals with challenging behaviour. Hours traditionally operate between 08.30 and 15.30, earning between �54.00 and �65.00 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications). Previous experience and training will be transferable; such training includes:

* Team Teach
* Intervention training
