Would you like to secure a rewarding role working as a behaviour support teaching assistant within a secondary school?

Our client school located in Salford wish to appoint a behaviour support teaching assistant on a full time basis who can support the engagement and behaviour of their pupils.

*** Supporting a range of pupils on a 1:1 basis across all subject areas

*** Working directly in the inclusion unit with pupils who struggle to engage within lessons

*** Previous experience of supporting pupils with SEMH, behavioural difficulties and special educational needs is desired

*** Earn up to �1300 per month

Required to start immediately, this school wish to appoint a behaviour specialist teaching assistant who will be required to work closely with identified pupils at risk of exclusion.

As a behaviour support teaching assistant you will spend time delivering small group and individual sessions to pupils within the school inclusion unit, as well as support the transition back into full classes. This is a rewarding role where no day will be the same and you will have the opportunity to positively impact pupils education and future.

Applicant requirements;

* Must have worked within secondary education previously
* Be confident supporting pupils aged (11-16) within their studies across all subject areas
* Hold previous or transferable experience supporting pupils with behavioural issues
* Be able to build positive working relationships with pupils

Located on the outskirts of Salford, boarding Swinton and Walkden this school is located a short drive from the East Lancashire road and is a short walk from Walkden town centre making it accessible via train from Manchester city centre and the surrounding areas.
