Due to an internal move we have an excellent opportunity to join the HR team at Stonegate. A field based role covering the south of the UK

As a HR Business Partner at Stonegate Pub Company you will immerse yourself in our business daily and work within the environments where our customers enjoy our fantastic customer experiences. You’ll travel widely across your estate and build strong partnerships with your Area Managers, GM’s and Operations Directors plus operations teams and support office colleagues.

In this pivotal role you will be responsible for delivering a proactive, commercial and strategic HR generalist service to your region. You will focus on people change, resourcing, talent management, learning & development and performance management. A full and involved role that will be a critical support for the company’s business objectives, strategic plans and the execution of key people and talent initiatives which drive talent metrics. This measurement will be formed by the way of KPI’s in all key delivery objectives.

Personally you will be a confident communicator, experienced at coaching and training. You’ll be great at using data and insights to identify opportunities for individual and team progression to drive performance and enhance retention. You will be critical in driving resource planning and supporting the Area Managers with GM recruitment supported by the Recruitment team when necessary.

Not afraid to pitch in with new ideas and continually on the look-out for new trends and technologies that will deliver more efficient and effective results, you will be keen to make improvements and quick to lead from the front.

CIPD preferred but not essential ( qualified by experience )
