Flourish Education is currently working with a School in South Birmingham which over the last 12 months has taken action and addressed weakness to improve teaching and develop the curriculum. The school are now looking for someone to join the KS2 team and continue to work with the team to continue these improvements.

The pupils are making the progress they should and their behaviour is good. Staff and pupils are working well together to ensure they are all achieving the results they want.

To apply to this role you will need the following
� QTS or equivalent
� Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 - NQTs are welcome to apply
� Ambition and drive to make a difference to the children within the school
� A good role model
� Be flexible and adaptable to challenge and change

� Full class teacher duties
� Support the senior leaders with implementation of changes to improve standards of teaching and learning
� To ensure all pupils make good progress and achieve their potential
