Are you a Contract Recruitment Consultant with knowledge of payroll but fed up with the daily grind and management of candidates? Are you motivated and thrive on winning new business? If so, Flamingo Contracting have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking a number of highly energised, self motivated and experienced Business Development Managers to join our business to help take our outsource payroll services to become the market leader in our industry.

Using market leading technology, Flamingo Contracting provides a wide range of outsourcing and support services to all types of businesses. Through recent acquisition we require new sales team members to meet our on-going growth plans.

Your Business Development Manager role will include:

- Engage with decision makers over the phone and via face to face meetings


- Visit prospective clients premises to discuss their payroll requirements


- Play a vital part in the company growth and ongoing success


- Identify new leads and potential new markets


- Highlighting needs to decision makers


- Pitching and demonstrating our online system


- Achieve monthly targets and set KPI's


- Build ongoing relationships with prospective clients


- Keep up to date with industry news, trends and legislation


- Maintain a high level of communication with key stakeholders and internal teams


In return for your continued commitment, Flamingo Contracting offer a highly competitive salary of £25k-£35k depending on your experience with a realistic OTE of £55k-£60k, a professional and vibrant working environment along with an approachable management team who value the ideas and suggestions of each individual.

- A full UK driving license & own vehicle


- Have a working knowledge of contractor payroll solutions


- Ideally from a contractor recruitment background


- Self motivated with the ability to achieve targets and KPI's


- Strong time management skills


- Good communication skills both written and verbal


- Able to negotiate with all levels of stakeholders


- Good understanding of online technology and maintaining CRM records
