Are you an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant looking for a new role in Oldham?

Teaching Personnel are working with one of our client secondary schools in the Oldham area, to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant. This role has an immediate start for the right candidate.

Working as a Behaviour Support Assistant in our client school, you can expect:

* Full time post until at least July
* Earn between �300 and �325 per week, dependant on qualifications and experience
* Paid weekly
* Working in a supportive, inclusive and friendly school

Our client school is a large academy located in Hollinwood, Oldham. The state of the art facilities were purpose built when two secondary schools in the area merged together. The school is located close to the M60 motorway and so has excellent transport links.

In 2016, Ofsted said that our client school had “good leadership and management” and that “the principal and senior leaders share a strong vision of improvement for the school”.

Working at our client school as a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:

* Be a positive and supportive influence on students you work with
* Create an environment for learning that allows students to reach their full potential
* Be resilient, patient and calm if any difficult situations arise

Although experience in this role is not-essential, it would be beneficial. Candidates that have experience in community and youth work may have transferable skills for this role.
