Are you looking for a truly life changing opportunity?

Are you looking for an exciting and unique opportunity where you can help change the lives of our children and our community? Following the success of our founding Principal in growing the academy to be a centre of educational excellence, we are seeking a passionate, inspiring and highly motivated leader to become Principal of our outstanding academy.

Oasis Academy opened as a brand new academy in 2014 to accommodate the need for additional school places in the area. Numbers have grown year on year with approximately 320 pupils currently on roll across all Primary age groups.

There is a thriving Nursery unit, which offers full day and part time provision. Once full the academy will be a 420 place, two form entry Primary school. The academy is highly inclusive and offers a warm welcome to all.

It was awarded the School of Sanctuary Award in July 2017 for work with refuges and asylum seekers to the City. It was inspected for the first time in June 2017 and judged to be ‘Outstanding’.

THE CANDIATE: We are seeking an individual with a strong track record of senior leadership and qualifications to match, clarity of purpose and high expectations for all.
