English Teacher Required for Ofsted 'Good' Secondary School in Weymouth!

One of our 'Good' client schools based in Weymouth is seeking to hire an experienced teacher to join their English department after Christmas. Ideally, the successful candidate should be able to challenge and motivate KS3 and KS4 classes to achieve their target grades, providing extra support for students who may be struggling to do so. The school has been rated 'good' and would look impressive in any teaching portfolio.

OVERVIEW

* This role commences in January
* Full-time role, long-term
* Creatively delivering the English curriculum to Key Stages 3 and 4 to ensure high achievement, planning lessons based on exam board specifications
* Providing additional support to disadvantaged students to ensure that they attain at the same rate as their peers
* Opportunity to be paid excellent rates-ranging from �100-�140
