Teaching personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of an amazing school based in Ealing, they are currently looking for an early years teacher.

The role: Early years teacher

FT/PT: Full time

The school: Being in the heart of Ealing the Ofsted rated good school has made itself known for excelling academically and striving in numerous different ways. Their progression within their sports department has led to the incorporation of multiple sports clubs and facilities. The growth within the school has led to their demand on teaching staff, with a growing amount of pupils it is becoming a focus on the school to employ the best quality staff.

The role: The full time role will be supporting the early years class, including preparing their lessons and activities. You will be expected to prepare the learning resources and materials, work closely with you colleagues to prepare and plan lessons in accordance to the national curriculum. Track pupil’s attainment and provide feedback.

The ideal candidate:

* Newly qualified teach or fully qualified teacher status
* At least 1 years experience teaching in EYFS or KS1
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Sound knowledge of the national curriculum
* Personable, charismatic and able to work well in a team
* A valid DBS that is registered on the update service or willing to complete an application
* A proven track record of raising pupil attainment
