Our client school located on the border of Salford and Wigan have an open position available to any Religious Education Teachers looking for the next step in their career ahead of April 2019.

“Due to a member of staff gaining promotion in the New Year, we have the opportunity for a Religious Education teacher to join our team from Easter. We wish to appoint an enthusiastic practitioner who can stretch the learning of our pupils and consistently delivering outstanding practice. Both experienced and newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply, with full induction support available to NQT's" - Assistant Headteacher.

The successful candidate will be teaching Religious Education to students across KS3 and GCSE and must be confident in there teaching to students of all abilities. Having the ability to teach engaging lessons will be extremely advantageous as the school are looking for somebody who can increase the interactivity between teacher and students in class. This is a school where relationships between staff and students are excellent and lessons are stimulating and enjoyable.

This Roman Catholic secondary school which falls under the Salford Diocese is located on the border of Worsley and Swinton making it easily commutable from Manchester City Centre. The school is broadly average in size with around 900 pupils on roll. Most students are White British and the proportions of minority ethnic students and of those who speak English as an additional language are below average.
