Teaching Personnel are seeking a fully qualified Science teacher to fill a gap in their client school in Oldham. This ‘Outstanding’ school are looking for an inspirational individual to join their highly successful Science department from Easter 2019, with the possibility for an earlier start for the perfect candidate. This role will commence until the end of the academic year, with the potential to turn into a permanent role at the start of the 2019/2020 academic year.

This ‘Outstanding’ large secondary school sits in between the areas of Middleton and Chadderton in Oldham, and has a large intake of students that covers a broad area, including the town centre. With around 1500 students, the school prides itself on the outstanding education it offers to all its students, and encourages them to strive for personal excellence. Situated just a short drive from Oldham town centre, the school is easily accessible from a range of areas and has fantastic public transport opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a relevant degree and teaching qualifications, and will be able to teach all three disciplines of Science up to GCSE level. As stated, there is potential to teach in your specialism to GCSE classes. The department use a curriculum that has been collaboratively planned, and the perfect candidate will be able to deliver highly engaging and inspirational lessons throughout the syllabus.
