Our client school located in Oldham are currently looking to recruit a full time Cover Supervisor to join their staffing team from February 2019 until at least the end of the academic year. Due to several staffing and timetable changes throughout the school, our client school are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to cover lessons throughout the day.

* Full time post from February 2019
* Potential for flexibility (part time hours available for the right candidate)
* Opportunity to earn up to �350 per week
* Paid weekly, in arrears

Teaching Personnel are working closely with our client school located in Uppermill, Oldham who have recently been graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted for another consecutive inspection. This school are a large and oversubscribed comprehensive school, with an intake of over 1300 students from the surrounding areas of Mossley and Lees. The school is easily accessible from both Oldham and Tameside, is located just a short walk from a local train station and has various other good public transport links.

Working as a Cover Supervisor, it is essential to have good behaviour management skills as well as being able to relate to a large range of students in order to inspire them and help them reach their maximum potential. Cover Supervisors are expected to deliver work which has been pre-set by the class teacher in their absence, and follow the school’s behaviour policy when needed.
