As a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Skills Direct Ltd you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes;

- Have a minimum of 1 years experience from within Recruitment or Sales (Business to Business)
- Have a good understanding of profit margins and excellent negotiation skills
- Consistently bringing in New Business opportunities
- Have the ability to bring in and fill Temp and Perm job opportunities
- Enjoy and thrive on hitting KPI's and Targets
- Have a good understanding of Social Media and how it can positively impact a Recruitment agency
- Train and mentor staff
- Have strong organisational skills
- Have the desire to develop a career further within the Recruitment industry
