The Product Manager Role
In the role you will bring to market products and features that enable the company to achieve its vision, commercial targets and strategic objectives.

You will be be flexible and adaptable and to lead on a range of activities depending on where the particular product is at in its' lifecycle. These activities range from validating product concepts to overseeing product development, managing early adopters and enabling the product to scale.

The product manager plays a key role in working with all parts of the business to bring products and features to market and will need to maintain close relationships with sales, marketing, development and customer services to achieve the responsibilities below.

* To maintain a deep understanding of our customers and their problems and to work with clinical experts to identify products/features that fill those gaps.
* To identify, validate and drive towards the product vision internally and externally.
* To define a product strategy that aligns with company vision, commercial and strategic objectives.
* To deliver products and features that enable commercial targets to be met.
* To work with sales and marketing to identify, test and communicate the product promise and commercial model.
* To continuously identify key risks and assumptions and run experiments to validate those assumptions, gathering key data to enable informed decisions.
* To identify, measure and communicate key performance indicators for products.
* To manage and prioritise the high level product backlog and set objectives for the product teams. To provide input into the design of user journeys and screens.
* To find early adopters and pilot sites, working with them to pilot products, get feedback and capture key outcome metrics which underpin case studies that can then be used to launch products to market.
* To keep up to date with competitor functionality and trends within the healthcare industry.
* A reasonable amount of travel will be required to meet our customers and end users and to liaise with teams and customers located both within and outside the UK.

Requirements for the Product Manager Role

* Demonstrable Product Manager experience in bringing to market new products and/or product enhancements that support the delivery of business goals.
* Experience in setting product vision and strategy and in delivering products that meet commercial targets.
* Experience working directly with customers and/or end users.
* Experienced in the management of key stakeholders.
* Experience working as part of a software team using Agile processes and techniques.
* Enthusiastic and optimistic
* Interested in technology and in people
* A good listener
* Able to give and receive constructive feedback
* Knowledge of Agile processes and
