Deputy Manager at Pembroke Dock

Looking for your next step into Management? We’re looking for an experienced RMN or RGN (mental health experience required) with a current NMC Pin to join Surehaven Pembroke Dock as a Deputy Manager.

This role is intrinsic to the effective operational delivery of the service. Consequentially we are seeking an experienced RMN/RGN with the relevant experience to ensure we deliver the highest standards of care and support to our service users in line with our Company values of 'wellness, happiness, and kindness'.  To ensure this part of the role will involve being the nurse in charge working as part of the team.  

The successful candidate will demonstrate significant supervisory and leadership skills, working collaboratively with the service manager and wider leadership team to deliver its key objectives.

Surehaven Pembroke Dock currently has 14 service users and we are looking for someone who is dynamic in their approach to develop the service working with external agencies to raise the profile of the service.  This specialist facility is for adults with long term functional mental health issues and/or complex physical needs, situated in beautiful Pembrokeshire, South West Wales.

Annual salary circa £31 to £33k depending on experience and qualifications.

37.5 hours per week

As the role requires work with vulnerable people and delivering personal care and support, your employment will be subject to appropriate pre-employment checks including references and a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
