We are looking for someone to join our HR team to provide Reward and Benefit HR administrative for the Reward Manager for a 6 month contract

The main duties of the role are:

Benefits Administration – supporting with Car Fleet, Reward Card and Extra rewards scheme
Helping with Administration for Compensation – salary and bonus
EHO and Investment Bonus – 5* star rating and Investment targets dealing with the administration for this process
Processing Bonus Payments
Data Inputting – Dash board data, manual input
Pensions Audit – Running reports from Fourth to ensure correct Pension scheme in place
Reconcile personnel files for Ops – Contract and Paperwork chasing, Eligibility To Work files
Period and adhoc reports required by Operations
General administration
Ensure all our process are maintained and kept up to date, continued review of processes to keep up with the business needs
All paperwork is filed in the correct personnel files
Maintaining files in accordance with GDPR

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong telephone manner – confident
Great multi-tasker
Able to be pragmatic and decisive
Good organisation and prioritisation skills
Can adapt to change and work at pace with accuracy
Good experience of Microsoft Office and excel
