If so, Dyno are looking for an Operations Support Advisor to join their friendly and outgoing team in Totton!  You will be a vital part of the team raising tasks and dispatching engineers for emergency jobs and logging this job information on company CRM systems. The successful candidate needs to have previous customer service experience as well as the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise a busy workload. At the same time, we are looking for individuals who have a fun, positive and proactive attitude towards their work and who can really get stuck in with our current team.

About Us

Dyno SouthWest is the leading reactive plumbing supplier to various clients in the South. Our speciality is reactive plumbing services within the emergency insurance market. You will be part of a team managing 40 plumbers and water supply pipe crews, covering an area spanning West Sussex, Hampshire and through to Wiltshire, Devon and Cornwall.

The Role

As an Operations Support Advisor, you will be working within the dispatch team supporting their workload by raising tasks, dispatching and co-ordinating engineers to emergency jobs. Through efficient communication, you will also liaise with engineers to obtain information regarding parts and update customers accordingly regards this. Through utilisation of the company CRM system, you will complete numerous tasks such as validating information ready for invoice as well as completing parts and tasks. Your role will be largely based on the telephone therefore confident communication skills are required. You will be interacting with customers, dealing with queries and updating them on their progress.

Working Hours:

Monday- Friday 9am-6pm (40 hours per week)

Weekend Rota System: 1 in 3 Saturdays or Sundays (paid as extra salary)

Other duties include:

Record job closures on Client Reporting Portals for clients to review
Generate daily summary reports (through the use of Excel)
Accurate filing of operational documents
Undertake any other general office duties that may be necessary

Previous customer service experience

Experience working in a plumbing, trade, heating, drains or similar industries
