The best feeling in the world? Making a difference to somebody’s life.

Can you imagine having a job that genuinely changes people’s lives as well as being flexible whilst getting paid £8.10-£11.10 per hour?

Being a Care Worker is about doing small things that make a big difference to an individual’s life.

As a Care Worker no two days are the same. Don't worry if you have never been a Care Worker before, we can train you.

We are a caring charity with flexible and rewarding opportunities for you to care for people of all ages in their own homes and out in the community across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.

You will need a driving licence and a good heart, we can train the rest.

Here's what current Carer Workers have to say about working here:

Steve - “I would say to anyone, ‘if you are a Care Worker disillusioned with your job, come and work here.’ I’ve worked in care jobs where I have got to the point where I have had enough, but I can’t see myself getting fed up with doing this. I absolutely love it.”

And Brendan said,

“My work consists of helping older people with personal care, shopping, taking them on trips out, though mostly they enjoy having someone to chat to, keeping them company.”

There are currently roles across the whole Norfolk area ranging from Norwich, Aylsham, Great Yarmouth, Dereham, Attlebourough, Mundford, Downham Market, Kings Lynn, Fakenham, North Walsham, Sheringham, Hunstanton, Heacham, Long Stratton, Attleborough, Swaffham, Matishall, Swanton Morley, Easton, Wymondham, Costessey, Caister, Happisbugh, Stalham, Ludham, Heathersett and Tiney All Sanits, Watton, Bowthorpe, and Wells
