One of our client schools are currently looking for a Science Teacher from February 2019 for the rest of the academic year. This post will be on a full time basis.

Our requirements for this Science role means you must:

* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (Newly Qualified teachers also welcome to apply)
* Possess relevant degree qualification
* Have experience of working with secondary age children, which can be referenced
* Be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) - full assistance provided
* Be passionate about working with children and young people
* Possess the motivation to achieve and add value to the school
* Be flexible, punctual, professional and approachable

Are you qualified to teach in Science? Are you looking to make a difference and raise attainment within the classroom? Do you have experience working with 11-16 year old pupils? Are you a newly qualified teacher of science or a science teacher with experience? This is a great opportunity to work as part of a committed team, providing a service to the staff and pupils of the school. You will be subject to vetting clearance from Teaching Personnel.

Responsibilities would include:

* Delivering Physics, Biology and Chemistry to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
* Be passionate in your pursuit to create future Scientists
* Planning, marking and assessing all schemes of work
* Preparing Year 11 for their GCSE's exams
