Teaching Personnel are working with a specialist SEND school in Darlington (DL1) to recruit a part time ASC Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis. The role will commence as soon as possible in the new term, with strong potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate, and you could earn up to �65 per day! The position will involve working with a class of students with varying levels of ASC and you will have the support of an experienced class teacher. Experience from mainstream and SEND schools are welcomed, any relevant experience such as care work is also considered. A Team Teach qualification is also desirable for this role although not mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have:
-At least three months experience in an SEND environment
-Experience working with students with Autism
-TA Qualification, Level 3 (or relevant experience/degree)
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- A patient and caring attitude
