Group HR & CSR Manager

Location: Kings Norton

Salary: Competitive

Purpose of the Group HR & CSR Manager:

To drive alignment of the HR, People and CSR strategies with company vision and mission, ensuring delivery of business goals and objectives.

General Duties of the Group HR & CSR Manager:

* Be flexible within the broad remit of the post.
* Take direction and instruction on priorities from line management, which may vary from time to time.
* Carry out any other reasonable projects, tasks or duties to support the business as directed by line management.
* Any other duties the Company considers appropriate to your abilities, including duties which would not normally be associated with your job title.

Requirements of the Group HR & CSR Manager:

* CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
* Proven HR generalist experience, with working knowledge of employment legislations
* Previous CSR management experience within a corporate environment
* Experience of working in a stand-alone HR Management role
* Proven experience within a fast growth business
* Experience within the Engineering sector is desirable but not essential
