Receptionist / Customer Services Administrator

Advantage Resourcing are working in partnership with a global manufacturing organisation who operations within the defence industry. They are seeking a Receptionist / Customer Services Administrator for a 6 month contract based in Portsmouth.

The Receptionist / Customer Services Administrator will be the face of the company for all site visitors.
Responsibilities the Receptionist / Administrator will hold include:
• Greeting visitors
• Processing passes for Visitors
• Assist with agency on-boarding and inductions for new employees
• Process request by email, telephone and in person
• Ensure contractors who are working on site have the correct task pack, documentation and working safely
• Support team leaders on tasks and projects
• Contribute ideas to process improvements

The successful candidate will have previous administration and customer service experience. It is essential that the Receptionist / Customer Services Administrator is highly organised and able to communicate effectively with all site and non-site personnel. Previous MS Office experience is essential.

Please note that the hours for these roles will be as follows: 3 x 4 hour Shifts Monday - Thursday

07:00 - 11:00 and/or 11:00 - 17:00

Candidates must be flexible to work both shift patterns to be considered
