We are currently recruiting for a Fully Qualified English Teacher preferably with a QTS to work in an SEN School based in Woking.

A new exciting career opportunity open to both mainstream and SEN Teachers who have previous experience of working with Primary and Secondary. The school are looking for a Fully Qualified English Teacher to work with both upper primary and secondary students with a total of up to 8 pupils per class.

The school caters for students who have statements of special educational needs and/or Education, Health and Care plans with SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) as their primary identified need, though the majority of students have additional special educational needs such as autistic spectrum conditions, speech, language and communication difficulties, ADHD, opposition defiance, medical conditions and attachment disorders.

It will involve working on a 1:1 basis as well as general classroom support with children who have Special Educational Needs therefore, we need candidates who have specific experience of providing 1:1 support for SEN pupils – promoting their overall development.
