Alpine Elements Ltd is a medium sized UK tour operator specialising in activity holidays. During the winter we offer our customers skiing and snowboarding holidays to the French and Austrian Alps, with their sister company iGOSKi offering shorter ski break options. During the summer our customers can head back to the French Alps for more action-packed adventure in the mountains or join us on the water with Ocean elements. Ocean elements beach club and yachting holidays offer something for everyone. Beautiful beachfront locations offer plenty of opportunity to sit back and relax or seek something more thrill seeking in Greece. All our resorts are fully stocked with water sports equipment and staffed with experienced instructors.

We employ around 400 overseas seasonal staff in addition to a permanent head office team, working all year round to deliver the best product for our clients and support for our employees.

The Content Editor Role
This role will be supporting the marketing function within a small team, this opportunity will allow the successful candidate to generate exciting and accurate content across multiple web sites and assist driving social media interaction with our customers

Our aim is to significantly grow our social media presence in the UK through content including weather updates, travel information reviews, news and advertising.

Main responsibilities include, but not limited too -

* Monitor customer feedback and comments on media platforms.
* Review feedback on various sites such as, trip advisor, trust pilot and feefo.
* Support Scheduling all posts and updates onto the main social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram).
* Loading content onto 7 web sites, knowledge of word press will be advantageous.
* Coordinating advertising in line with other Marketing activity.
* Updating / uploading content to multiple websites with content provided from property descriptions to activities.
* Support in generating email campaigns and using Dotmailer.
* Work closely with business partners and affiliates.
* Monitor performance for the website and all social media channels using Google Analytics and other reporting tools such as Facebook Business Manager.

Requirements for the Content Editor Role

* SEO focused with reference to content
* Confident in their own ability and happy to get on with daily tasks

* Strong written and verbal communication
* Fluent written and spoken English

Desirable

* Experience using CMS
* Positive attitude towards achieving deadlines
* Activity/sports industry background
* Creative writing
* Experience using Dot mailer

* Tourism Background
* Enthusiasm/Passion for sports, especially Skiing and Sailing
* French written a spoken
