MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

* To consistently produce a high quality of Information/product that conforms to both customer specifications and time scales. Provide accurate operational updates.

LIAISON

Internal: All Adare

External: Customers

ROLE SPECIFIC & TECHNICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Check all outstanding spoils using the Regia ADF (CMC) system.
* All spoils/diverts must be re produced/checked and in the postal stream within 24hrs of the original mail date, unless arrangements are made with Service Delivery for more time.
* Spoils and small jobs are to be printed on the best fit machine for product using the correct paper and correct perforation position if required.
* WIP is to be kept up to date, and spoils are to be chased on a daily basis ensuring the 24hr SLA is maintained.
* Regens and small jobs are to be hand enclosed or run on the neopost.
* To ensure all regens that are hand enclosed are scanned/verified using the 2D scanner.
* All tray cards and spoil sheets are kept up to a high volume for machine operators.
* All volume emails are sent to the correct account executive.
* Assist with any Regia/machine issues an operator may face.
* Keep the CMC workstation up to date, and log off the hand table files.
* Assist the shift managers with administration tasks if required.
* Print out and extract extractions when required.
* Maintain high level of housekeeping at all times.
* To identify performance improvements in order to achieve optimum output.
* Provide clear documented information on any shift issues and communicate to next Administrator on shift.
* Support any complaints and assist in resolution.
* Follow the ON HOLD and test Process.
