The design team within the agency currently consists of a Head of Design and two designers + freelancers, there are also a number of art directors, copywriters and creative directors in the wider conceptual creative team. The agency currently consist of about 20 people in total.

The role will be reporting into the Head of Design and the bulk of work is across shopper / retail (POS, Shelf Wobblers, Floor Stickers, Internal Posters and Promotion, Free Standing Display Units, Activation and some Experiential. The role will also include some design for Digital (social media, web banners and emails).

Role includes:
The mid-weight design opportunity is to work across all clients. They want a candidate who can collaborate and be a strong team player as well as be left to get on with work on their own accord. You’ll get to contribute to innovations and creative ideas, manage design projects from concept/scamp stage through to finalised designs and presentation to clients, make sure work stays true to a brands visual identity and brand guidelines, and have a good idea of timing constraints so you can advise project managers on the time it will take work to be completed.

You’ll be happy taking guidance from art directors and copywriter, appreciate different skill sets and be an excellent communicator so desired design visions of the team are spoken about and achieved.

Hierarchy of Requirements:
- An interest in shopper marketing and a passion for design.
- Aware of the retail environment and the possibilities that are achievable within.
- Fully proficient in InDesign and Illustrator.
- Advanced skills in Photoshop.
- Cinema 4D skills are highly sought after too.
- Proven experience and a portfolio of work showing both Print (Shopper, Posters, Billboards, Press) and Digital (emails, web banners, social) design.
- Some experience with websites, mobile and responsive design would be a massive selling point.
