Church Administrator
St John the Evangelist, Meads, Eastbourne
25 hours per week; Monday to Friday 09.00-15.00 with some evenings and weekends
Salary: £16,500 per annum
You will be a key member of the St John’s leadership team supporting the development, implementation, maintenance and review of church policies and procedures. As Church Administrator you will be responsible for the efficient running of the church’s administrative affairs and Parish Hall; oversight and maintenance of the church website and social media platforms and liaison with external organisations.
You will be very well organised, with previous relevant experience as an administrator or personal assistant, a good working knowledge of effective office systems, IT and web site experience and fast and accurate word-processing skills. Involvement in a church community is desirable.
