We have an opportunity for someone to join the HR admin team for a period of 6 months, this role is varied and involves a range of HR administration tasks, therefore we are looking for someone who is adaptable, professional and has good attention to detail.

Main responsibilitiesFrom onboarding employees and producing offers letters to keeping personnel files up to date and attending exit interviews, this role will involve a variety of HR administration through the employee life cycle. You will be involved in pensions, benefits and rewards, liaising with payroll, coordinating all HR requests and producing a range of reports. The reports will include gathering HR statistics, analytics and also preparing TUPE information. In addition, you will provide disciplinary, grievance, absence and policy advice referring to HR Business Partners and Director when appropriate.
Ideal candidate

Previous Experience in a HR Administration Role
Previous Experience dealing with Employment Law issues in ROI
Previous Experience in dealing with ER issues
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
Experience of dealing with various key stakeholders
Excellent Communications Skills
Ability to work in faced paced environment
Ability to work off own initiative
