KS2 Teaching Assistant – Full Time (Monday – Friday) – Matlock

Are you looking to work in KS2? Are you a confident teaching assistant? Can you travel to Matlock?

Teaching Personnel are looking for a dedicated KS2 teaching assistant to worked at an OUTSTANDING (Ofsted rated) school based in Matlock for a full time role (Monday – Friday). The role is to start in March 2019 up to June 2019 with the potential to turn into a permanent role. The suitable candidate will need to have relevant previous experience working in KS2 and be able to work with children with challenging behaviour.

The school offer a very broad and balanced curriculum so that children not only leave with high standards in Reading, Writing and Maths, but also experience outstanding arts provision. The schools mission is for all children to ‘be the best they can be' and to leave primary school saying, 'I know who I am.'

To be considered for the role, you must have:

* Relevant experience within primary schools
* GCSE, A level or Degree (or equivalent)
* Knowledge of the curriculum
* Enhanced DBS on the online update service
* Right to work in the UK
* 2 relevant references that we can approach
* A confident approach, knows how to adapt well in different situations
