Technical Sales Consultant

Location: London

Salary: �40,000 - �55,000 OTE

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic 3D Technical Sales Consultant to join their London team.

They are a multidisciplinary agency that utilises the latest 3D printing and visualisation technologies to communicate project briefs across a range of sectors: with most of their projects focused on architecture and planning, construction and infrastructure and property sales and marketing.

About the Technical Sales Consultant:

Day-to-day, you will take ownership of key client relationships and proactively develop the clients' business within the agency. This includes taking complex briefs for projects across Visualisation/3D Print and Model Making or a combination thereof. The candidate will need to be able to communicate technically with the project and production teams and conversely make complex information digestible for clients. The ultimate aim being to deliver effective results for the Company and clients alike.

They are keen to hear from those who are excited by the prospect of working in a young, vibrant and creative multi-disciplinary studio. Critically, the Candidate should have an enthusiasm for delivering innovative, accurate and beautiful products, services and content.

Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Consultant:

* Help coordinate and manage relationships with key clients
* Build strong relationships with clients alongside the team
* Collaborate with production managers and project managers to develop timelines, account budgets and manage critical paths
* Help devise and manage proactive and reactive media engagement strategies
* Respond quickly and accurately to client requests
* Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail
* Produce client quotations for projects
* Where necessary participate in pitches and suggest new lines of potential business
* Be accountable for achievement of results
* Build knowledge of the industry in order to liaise with clients efficiently to reduce time spent with project managers and production managers.

Requirements of the Technical Sales Consultant:

* Candidates should ideally have 3-4 years' experience within a creative environment (built environment profession ideal).
* Ability to organize tasks, multi-task and manage time efficiently.
* Ability to analyse, see trends and identify patterns.
* Excellent follow-up communication and expectation setting

The Candidate will have proven experience managing external stakeholders and delivering creative projects. Therefore, they will not be burdened by holding responsibility, taking on feedback and actioning solutions. An attention to detail, ability to multi-task and to work collaboratively under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and a high-quality service is essential. Previous experience working with architectural clients or as a built environment professional is an added bonus. A proactive desire to contribute creatively in all aspects of the business will benefit the Candidate and the Company. This will be supported by the Candidate's enthusiasm to keep on top of relevant emerging trends. The ability to disseminate this information internally and externally through presentations and written content is highly valued. The Candidate will always endeavour to proudly represent themselves and the Company in an effort to continue the upward trajectory of both.
