This is a pivotal role bringing construction assurance on a portfolio of Electrical projects, overseeing the technical and operational assurance of electrical infrastructure throughout the UK, utilising strong management skills based at our head office in Braintree.

The Position;

* Develop strategic electrical plans by studying operational plans, mapping solutions, updating and modifying requirements and solutions.
* Contribute as a member of the Senior Management team to the development of company strategy and to the business plan.
* Implement and oversee policies, processes, procedures and risk management for the Commercial function.
* Development of teams through the administration of the (MBF) My Bright Future Leading, developing and motivating teams to achieve agreed targets
* Adhering to DNO/IDNO specification at all times.
* Management of NERS accreditation.
* Plan electrical project by determining specifications, selecting contractors, establishing installation schedules, verifying requirements and updating cost estimates.
* Contributing Electrical Engineering information and recommendations across all divisions.
* Implementing and monitoring productivity, quality and customer service standards across all projects.
* Build and Develop compelling relationships with all clients, external and internal.
* Maintain communication channel between teams, clients and site agents.
* Delivery of tasks on time and within budget.
* Ensure all Point of Connection dates are adhered to and not missed.
* Working closely with the HSEQ department adhering to compliance regulations

Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes;

* Knowledge for IDNO/DNO operational procedures and a passion for exceptional customer service.
* Passion and experience of developing teams and individuals within a fast-paced growing market place is essential for this role.
* Strong proven background within Electrical Engineering within an IDNO/DNO
* Experience of Process improvement and implementation
* Experience within the Utilities/construction sector.
* HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
* NRSWA, SMSTS and ESUR (SHEA) cards.
* UK DNO/IDNO authorisation certification would be desirable
