Administrator (FTC)

Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: �16,846 per annum

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm, (3 month fixed term contract)

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team in Leeds city centre on 3 month fixed term contract.

This is a crucial role in determining the success of their growth plans. Within this role you would work with the charity's Voluntary Arrangements Supervisory team reporting to their Operations Manager.

Administrator Responsibilities:

* To collate the legally required documentation needed for post approval meetings and send reports within the regulatory timeframe
* Contact with clients, creditors and courts via telephone, text, email and letter
* To ensure all paperwork and electronic records are filed in accordance with business guidelines
* Review new files to ensure they meet the companies and regulatory polices
* To manage the Land Registry process and administer the Insolvency Registration process
* Support Supervisory department to ensure operational effectiveness
* Adherence to FCC's policies and procedures

Administrator Requirements:

* A working knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required and the ability to use e-mail (MS Outlook)
* The ability to quickly analyse complex problems and provide easily understood solutions.
* Excellent communication skills are required along with being detail focused.
* The ability to work as part of a team but is self-motivated, organised and driven in order to meet the fluctuating levels of demand with the ability to work towards targets.
