With exciting plans on the horizon, they are now seeking a Graduate Research Assistant / Graduate Insight Analyst to act as the strategic research arm for the senior management team.

The successful Graduate Research Assistant / Graduate Insight Analyst will utilise their investigative / curious mindset to conduct research across both the financial services and regulatory compliance sectors. On a day-to-day basis you will gather intelligence using open and closed digital sources to produce summary reports that highlight any key information, links, opportunities, connections or risks to the company.

To qualify- � You could be a data savvy, analytical Graduate / Mathematic Graduate / Graduate Research Assistant / Graduate Insight Analyst / Graduate Commercial Insight Analyst / Graduate Research Executive or similar, we don`t mind, as this is an entry level role any previous experience would be advantageous, it is more important that you show the right aptitude and attitude during the recruitment process, as a guide your CV could show:

- A University degree - ideally in a maths heavy subject requiring extensive research and/or data analysis and/or management of data i.e. Maths, Physics, Economics etc.;
- Some knowledge of intelligence gathering methods including OSINT tools and techniques;
- A qualification or course in OSINT and SOCMINT, e.g. Level 3 Award in Open Source Intelligence.
- Significant use of social media platforms;
- Experience of conducting detailed research, investigations and due diligence;
- A desire to use analytical skills to work within an up-and-coming fintech and regtech organisation;
- The ability / willingness to conduct in-depth research using specialist tools and techniques to reveal hidden insights on regulations, legislations, product offerings and companies;
- Excellent investigative skills and a curious mind;
- Superb attention to detail;
- An analytical ability to identify links and connections using contextual information;
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills to deliver key messages in concise manner;
- Strong planning and organisational skills;
- Strong team working skills.

Any experience in foreign exchange services / customer relations / subscription databases would be a significant advantage.
