Teaching Personnel are working with a mainstream secondary school in Poole who are looking at 1:1 teaching assistant to work with a student with behavioural difficulties. The child is a Key Stage 3 student who struggles to focus within lessons and requirements 1:1 support from a teaching assistant on a full time basis

The successful candidate daily duties will include;

* Providing support for children within lessons
* Use your initiative to differentiate activities to support the student’s individual needs
* Work closely with the class teacher
* Excellent motivation skills

To be a successful candidate for this role you will need to;

* Have previous experience working within a school setting
* Be able to communicate effectively with different members of staff and parents
* Have knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Have a friendly caring personality
