Breast Care Nurse, West London, Full Time, Permanent, Salary up to �40,000pa + Benefits

The Key Details Are – I am actively looking for a Breast Care Nurse to join a Private Hospital located in Central London to work in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure a high quality service is delivered to its breast patients.

Location: West London – Within easy access via train, bus and car

Salary: �35,000 - �40,000 per annum / �17.94 - �20.51 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week.

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 Hours per week

Further Details about the Role: For this Breast Care Nurse opportunity the successful applicant will assess, implement and evaluate physical, social and emotional care for patients with breast cancer in line with current evidence and both national and local policies. Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service whilst seamlessly incorporate other centre services such as diagnostics, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. To provide overall clinical leadership for all breast services. To demonstrate ability to participate in multi-disciplinary conferences with all professionals involved in delivery of patient care. You must Act as patient and staff advocate through the application of ethical, legal and professional knowledge and skills.

Person Specification: The successful applicant for this fantastic opportunity must possess First level NMC registration without restrictions. A minimum of 3 years post registration experience, 2 of which will have been related to breast care. In possession of or working towards a first level degree. Teaching and assessing and/or mentorship qualification. Experience of research and audit. The ability to work autonomously and as a team. Excellent interpersonal skills including communication.
